I’ve been in the fashion, beauty and retail space for nearly three decades. In that time, I’ve seen numerous brands launch and fail, retail doors open and close and creative directors rise and retire. The ability to pivot and change the brand’s image and identity in the eyes of the consumer over time is typically the deciding factor on whether they succeed or fail.
